Spotlight

This month’s spotlight is Mandy Jones Rochdale Workforce Development Specialist from the Business Growth Hub. ‘Developing others is what I love doing from my time as a manager at Standard Life for 14 years, a lecturer in Business Management for 13 years, a business manager for a SME business, developing staff through strategic development with directors, to now being a workforce development specialist with Business Growth Hub

I volunteer as a governor and a link Safeguarding governor for a college in Bury and have done this for 8 years. I had my own small business and have a lecturer/teaching background, delivering as a course leader for the Peter Jones Enterprise academy and as a Business Management lecturer.

As a workforce development specialist, I will work with clients to help them support, develop and growth their staff, to achieve their strategic objectives and develop behaviours in line with their core values. Developing high preforming people to grow the business. ‘
