I’m Paul Ogle, the Business Centre Manager at Fire Up. I have been operating as a senior leader within the flex-space industry for over 16 years. During that time, I have supported thousands of Start Up’s, SME’s and Blue-Chip companies, helping them understand and find their perfect work style.

I am passionate about supporting local businesses and communities and believe Fire Up offers the perfect blend of flexible working options to suit hybrid working employees, freelancers or any business owner looking for a professional place to work from, without the restrictive burden of leased or fixed term office contract.

Deborah Barnes
Reception & Centre Associate

Deborah Barnes

I’m Deborah Barnes. I’ll probably be the first person you meet or speak to as I’m responsible for managing the front desk, bookings, customer enquiries, mail, deliveries, sales & marketing and looking after all our clients using the co-working space. Prior to Fire Up, I worked in customer facing roles in the retail and healthcare sector and spent over 15 years as a lettings maintenance manager. I pride myself on excellent customer service and am always available to help with any issues or problems that may arise.

Nick Dale
Rochdale Account Manager

Nick Dale

Having worked within Rochdale’s business community for over 20 years covering recruitment, contract management and employer engagement I have a deep knowledge of the business base and local priorities. My role is to lead the relationship between Rochdale Council and the GM Business Growth Hub, through co-ordinating the Hub’s delivery activities across the area. I ensure the business support offer is inclusive, coherent, integrated, place-based and matches the ambitions of the local authority.

Aide Ndiele

I'm Aide Ndiele The newly appointed Business Advisor Enterprise specialist from GM Business Growth Hub based at Fire Up. I'm an entrepreneur with multiple business start-ups under his belt, across all sectors, with a strong passion for supporting and guiding start-ups on how to build and grow their businesses. I will be running 1:1 drop-in session every Wednesday where clients may discuss their business ideas or any difficulties they are facing in their existing businesses. If you wish to arrange a session, speak with the Fire Up team to check he is available.

Mandy Jones
Workforce Development Specialist

Mandy Jones

Developing others is what I love doing from my time as a manager at Standard Life for 14 years, a lecturer in Business Management for 13 years, a business manager for a SME business, developing staff through strategic development with directors, to now being a workforce development specialist with the Growth Company. As a workforce development specialist, I will work with clients to help them support, develop and growth their staff, to achieve their strategic objectives and develop behaviours in line with their core values.
